One Pot Sloppy Joes- The classic! Ground beef simmered in a tangy sauce. It's all made up in one pot and can easily be doubled to feed a crowd.
I have shared this recipe in the past and the one question is....is that ketchup amount correct? The answer? Yes, it is.

- Brown sugar

- Worcestershire sauce

One Pot Sloppy Joes
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped or grated or 1 TBSP minced onion
- 1/2 stalk celery, chopped or grated
- 1 TBSP white vinegar
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Dijon mustard
- 1 3/4 cup ketchup
- salt/pepper, to taste preference
Instructions
- In a large skillet or pot, brown ground beef until it's no longer pink. If needed, drain. Return browned meat to skillet.
- Add in remainder of ingredients and stir it all to combine. Let the mixture come to a simmer, then, lower heat. Simmer for 1 hour before serving.
